Salt - of the sea not the earth.

There are some things in life that create a particular kind of pleasure – a quiet, deep satisfaction.  Something at the very centre says, “Oh, good.”

This happens even to God (you can read about it in the first chapter of Genesis).

The most recent time it happened to me was when Hebe came home from Plenty excited about her New Find.   They have started stocking sea salt from our own sea – here, in St Leonards!   How local, how natural, how sensible – how entirely, spot-on perfectly appropriate – is that?!

They sell it in a dear little glass jar.  Or, if you want more than one, dear little glass jars.
